Best choice USA-Made rod!
"I fish a lot of pricier rods, and I really like to only get USA made. The Imperial Salt is a super quality rod that is a fantastic value in a world of USA made rods that are pushing past the four-digit price mark. The components and finish look and feel great, and the rod casts with good accuracy, and power to push through strong winds. I use a 14ft+ leader and I can get it to turn over weighted streamers just fine. I am a pretty good caster, but this rod has helped me push my technique up further. Finally, the warranty gives you great piece of mind. Next rod I get I will likely get another St Croix. My only regret is it didn't come with a sticker or baseball cap or some swag. . ."
