Service & Warranty
WARRANTY OVERVIEW
Our number one goal is to give anglers the upper hand, including when service is needed. Broken St. Croix rods can be covered under any St. Croix Warranty policy. Regardless of the type of damage, all rods will be replaced under the Warranty. Anglers submitting a Warranty Claim may specify a different model within the same rod series. Unresolved claims are deleted after 90 days. Limit of one (1) rod per Warranty Claim, additional rods require a new Warranty Claim.
WARRANTY FEES
Before calling the Guide Center or submitting a warranty claim, anglers should understand the applicable warranty fee and shipping fee they will be charged for replacement of their St. Croix rod. Warranty fees are based on 1) whether or not the broken rod is UNDER WARRANTY or OUT OF WARRANTY, 2) the location of the angler (INSIDE or OUTSIDE THE USA OR CANADA).
The Gold Star Tier Chart below outlines warranty fees, shipping fees, and options for making a warranty claim.
