St. Croix Pro Program Eligibility
The St. Croix Pro Program is intended for full-time, year-round individuals employed in the fishing/outdoor industry. Approval for the program remains solely with St. Croix.
Guide/Captain/Outfitter
A full-time professional fishing guide or captain whose majority of income is earned through work as a fishing guide.
- Documentation is required for verification, e.g. license, liability insurance, website, offer of employment letter, etc.
St. Croix Retail Employee
Full-time employees working for a St. Croix retailer.
- A current paystub is required for employment verification - Please redact sensitive information.
- Seasonal and part-time employees are granted access on a case-by-case basis.
Fishing/Outdoor Industry Employee
Full-time employees working within the fishing/outdoor industry.
- A current paystub is required for employment verification.
- A company issued email address is required.
Pro Program Benefits
- Access to discounted pricing on St. Croix fly fishing products.
- Periodic promotions offered only to Pro Program Members.
- Returns are accepted for unused items. Pro Members are responsible for return shipping costs.

We currently ship Pro orders to the United States and Canada.
Pro Returns
Yes, we do accept returns for products ordered through our Pro discount program and cards. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. No exchanges. Pro returns are not eligible for free return shipping. Contact Customer Service at: customerserviceweb@stcroixrods.com
St. Croix Pro Program Terms and Conditions
- As a St. Croix pro, we ask you to follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines could result in immediate termination of your Pro account.
- Products purchased through the St. Croix Pro Program are for your professional use only - purchases for friends or family are strictly prohibited.
- Your St. Croix Pro pricing is only valid through the St. Croix Fly website.
- St. Croix Pro Program pricing is confidential. Do not share your pricing with anyone.
- Resale of items purchased through the St. Croix Pro Program is unacceptable.
- Out-of-stock products are not available for backorder.
- Returns or warranty must be processed directly through St. Croix. Do not attempt to return products to retailers, they will not be accepted.
- Do not burden St. Croix retailers with test casting rods.
- Please support your local St. Croix retailer by referring business to the retailer whenever possible.
Applying For the St. Croix Pro Program
Complete the online application below -We will contact you within seven business days if your application is approved. You will receive a one-time discount code for your personal use only, which can be applied at checkout on www.stcroixfly.com.

For applicants with a work issued email, please apply using that email address to help expedite the approval process. Please be prepared to provide a paystub or other documentation. When your application is received, please allow seven business days for the application to be reviewed.
